今天下午，去银行办些别的事情，结果碰到个很热心的德国员工，详细介绍了一下德国的利息税制度。想来很多外国人到了德国，对于政府征收30％的利息税也表示可以理解，想想以前国内低于1％利息依然征税。但实际的情况是，在德国一定数额之内的利息是免税的。这个数额是1421欧每人（2006年的标准），对于已经结婚的夫妻则是2842欧，每年根据德国政府的财政收入等等计算出不同的数字标准。这个标准相当于利息税起征点，也就是说在这个数额以内的利息是免税的，但由于每个人可能有不同的银行帐户，所以这个金额不是自动分配的，而需要在12月底前2周（或者注销户头前，实际就是结算利息前）递交一个名为“Freistellungsauftrag fuer Kapitalertraege”的表格（Kapitalertraege可以翻译成利息税，或者资本收益税）。手动分割这个免税金额到自己不同的银行。就是填写一个金额，签个字就好了。反之，如果不做，利息税不会自动减去免税数额。
每张表基本需要填写的就几个：

例如，储户P有三个银行帐户a, b, c，年底预期利息收益是Na, Nb, Nc，那么就需要分割这个免税金额M到这三个银行Ma, Mb, Mc(总额小于等于M)，剩余部分(Na+Nb+Nc-Ma-Mb-Mc)>0征收30％的利息税。
当称赞银行小伙的耐心和热心时，小伙说，他这样做其实也是希望以后有机会到中国，不一样的体系制度下，也可以有人给他细致地解释类似的问题。所以说，“老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼”，“己所不欲务施于人”......
上述信息应该还是对从国内过来的许多人有用的，好不容易存点钱，30％的利息税还是可以免掉不少的。

半个小时，怎么讲？
师兄材料实验出生，几乎没有碰过有限元，不过最近要去面试一个位置，需要会使用Ansys...
本来想讲讲基础，从PDEs开始，后来一拍脑袋，算了直接讲怎么用吧。自己本科第一次接触ABAQUS，就是一个师兄做了一个过程，发现有趣，于是现在几乎每天都在做FEM。但做归做，讲起来就痛苦了，还好只是过程。

讲完基本过程，已经20分钟，想想反过来靠近些师兄的研究方向总可以吧。于是讨论到多场耦合、疲劳实验，看来还是后面10分钟更能引起人家共鸣，果应古人云：“因材施教”。
由于前阶段发现的MSN速度问题，尤其打开一些加了Media Player的网页CPU 100％半分钟。原因是使用了ActiveX控键，支持了照片等插件。倘使不在首页加照片，整个照片都会在网页上消失，而不留任何链接。如果禁用ActiveX，又不能看到别人的相册......在于重复编辑修改自己的日志时，这个问题尤其严重。甚至有一个阶段找找Blogspot，打算搬家。
不过今天升级Firefox的时候发现了一个东西，用起来非常符合我现在的要求。Performancing，一个基于Firefox却又独立的编辑器。故提供以下说明，有兴趣的可以试试......
下载并安装 Performancing。状态栏中出现编辑器的符号，可通过点击唤起。添加帐户为http://×××.spaces.live.com/，应该可以自动识别出Blog的种类，这个是Windows live spaces。之后的用户名和密码，不是登陆MSN space的，而是对应Spaces的名称，例如http://×××.spaces.live.com/为×××。而密码则需要首先开启电子邮件发布，使用其中的“机密字”。
Performacing优点：
独立的一个编辑器，可以存档到本地PC；
相对MSN基于浏览器的编辑器，速度好的多；
比Email发布的优点在于，可以有类别和文档的本地管理。
发布的日志也可以通过Performancing修改和再次发布
Performacing缺点：
每个发布的文章之后都自动加入一行Performancing的广告。

前阶段，将*istDS的固件升级为2.00版。
最初使用不带光圈A档的手动PK头，无法在完全手动档M，自动收缩光圈测得合理快门速度。每次都是手动收缩光圈，用滚轮跳到合适光圈，操作复杂。不过在别的用户经验中看到可以使用AE－L档自动测光，升级后发现果然是V1.00的问题，到V2.00后，其他功能也增加不少，一半以上的功能非常实用。这样的固件升级非常实在，现翻译Pentax官方网站说明。
简单翻译如下：

- Press Fn button in playback mode
- Press four way controller key left
- Select the image by pressing the four way controller key right and left

- The soft filter effect can be seen at lower left in the LCD monitor

At the long time exposure situation such as astronomical photography, green noise might be generated partially on the image when the noise reduction is turned on.
This phenomenon only occur rarely under special shooting condition such as starry sky, and will never occur at the general situation that we are assuming.
The version 1.01 will minimize this phenomenon as much as possible for the customer who use *istDS for this purpose.
1.01版的更新：长时间曝光，例如天文摄影，如果打开噪点控制，画面上可能部分产生绿色噪点。这一现象只在某些特定摄影条件下产生，例如星空，在一般状况下没有任何影响。V1.01版就是针对*istDS用户的这一现象，使得噪点尽可能减少。
